Recognized for successfully serving both public and private enterprises, it manages full-cycle projects—from planning through field execution—always prioritizing optimal client outcomes. **What You’ll Do:** Manage all construction project phases (planning, execution, and delivery); Supervise technical and administrative teams on-site; Monitor schedules, budgets, and operational resources; Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers; Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety standards (NRs); Support executive management with progress reports and performance indicators; Promote continuous improvement in construction execution and management processes. **We’d Love It If You Have the Following Qualifications:** Willingness to travel; Education: Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred); Proven experience in coordination and management of industrial construction projects; Knowledge of reading technical drawings, budgeting, and construction planning; Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills; Proficiency in control tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.); **Location:** The professional will be responsible for servicing demands across Brazil’s Southern Region, with occasional travel to other states as required by operational needs. **What Are My Working Hours?** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. **Offer:** Salary: R$ 7.500,00 The company fully covers meals and accommodation and provides a corporate vehicle for business travel. **Does this opportunity match your profile?
