Focus on creating strategic videos with a conversion-oriented mindset We are seeking a Video Maker to handle the capture and editing of strategic content, strengthening brand positioning and supporting campaigns and events. On-site position – must reside in Florianópolis/SC. **Main Responsibilities** * Video capture in studio, at events, and during strategic recordings * Video editing for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) * Creation of strategic cuts from mentorships and events * Audio treatment, color grading, and finalization * Organization of image banks and files **Requirements** * Experience as a Video Maker. * Proficiency in editing software * Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio capture * Agility and organizational skills * Availability for on-site work in Florianópolis **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with content creators or infopreneurs * Experience in in-person events * Strategic perspective on videos focused on conversion Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
