We are looking for a **Marketplace Assistant** to support commercial operations across digital platforms, contributing to information organization, performance indicator tracking, and continuous sales performance improvement. If you enjoy **data, organization, and the digital environment**, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor sales indicators such as **GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)** on marketplace platforms. * Maintain and update controls for **revenue and commercial performance**. * Monitor **product margin spreadsheets** and support basic operational analysis. * Identify and track **out-of-stock products** on marketplace platforms. * Perform **ad and product mapping** across marketplaces. * Support processes for **product activation and listing under the Full model**. * Monitor **reactivation of paused or inactive ads**. * Monitor configurations for **free shipping and logistics competitiveness**. * Verify **canceled catalogs or inconsistencies on platforms**. * Identify and monitor **penalized ads**. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in **administrative, commercial, e-commerce, or marketplace roles**. * Basic knowledge of **Excel or Google Sheets**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **marketplace platforms**. * Familiarity with **management systems or ERP software**. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a candidate who possesses: * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity in identifying problems and opportunities. * Curiosity and interest in learning about **e-commerce and marketplaces**. * A collaborative team-oriented mindset — we value "Good People" who support colleagues and collectively drive results. * A mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
