The company is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician in Florianópolis. JDUnit is a company specialized in automated software testing solutions. Focused on quality and efficiency, it provides tools that facilitate application development and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement occupational safety and health programs in accordance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs). Conduct safety inspections, identify risks, and propose corrective and preventive measures. Deliver mandatory training (e.g., CIPA, specific NRs) and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS). Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and monitor follow-up actions. Manage issuance and control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Serve as a safety advisor on the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). Prepare and maintain mandatory occupational safety and health documentation (PPP, CAT, LTCAT where applicable). Promote a safety culture within the company through campaigns and communications.
