We are looking for a **Mid-Level DevOps** professional to join our **international team** and support the evolution of our cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving cloud environments, focusing on automation, application availability, and reliability, while collaborating with development and product teams in a global context. We seek someone with a solid technical foundation, curiosity, and eagerness to learn—someone who enjoys investigating issues and proposing continuous improvements. Join us in transforming challenges into opportunities! **Responsibilities** * Support maintenance and evolution of cloud environments * Work with containers (Docker) and orchestrated environments using Kubernetes * Configure and support CI/CD pipeline management * Monitor applications and environments, analyzing logs and metrics * Investigate incidents and support problem resolution * Collaborate with development teams to improve processes and deliveries **Requirements** * Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) * Practical experience with containers (Docker) * Experience with Kubernetes (usage, configuration, or environment maintenance) * Hands-on experience with CI/CD (creation, maintenance, or usage of pipelines) * Basic understanding of monitoring and log analysis **What We Expect From You** * Clear and concise communication, collaborating effectively across teams * Proactivity in problem resolution and pursuit of improvements * Openness to learning and growing through feedback * Organization in task and priority management * Commitment to quality, reliability, and security * Investigative mindset for problem analysis **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana) * Prior experience as a developer * Basic understanding of information security * Intermediate English (primarily reading and writing) **Employment Model** Hybrid – Florianópolis/SC (SquareSC)
