At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position/Area Summary:** Responsible for coordinating activities and providing resources to line teams to ensure safe processes, fulfill the production schedule, and create an environment conducive to achieving critical success factors—based on safety, quality, volume, and cost culture. **Position Responsibilities:** Perform effective people administration Conduct interviews for selection and hiring of new employees. Evaluate and monitor new employees. Develop vacation and overtime schedules. Validate and authorize employee leaves, work incapacity permits, absences, and vacations. Provide continuous feedback, encouraging professional growth, motivation, engagement, and teamwork. Conduct group performance evaluations. Conduct 360-degree evaluations and development plans. Participate in resolving team conflicts (teamwork, interdepartmental collaboration, etc.). Participate in developing the workplace climate plan. Monitor organizational climate (identify collective movements and dissatisfaction). Validate the development and updating of employee job descriptions; Manage training for line employees. Apply disciplinary measures with the immediate manager’s awareness when necessary. Promote FEMSA culture Foster the company’s vision, mission, values, and policies. Encourage vertical reviews and performance evaluations. Encourage participation in company events. Promote safety, quality, and environmental care Comply with Beverage Quality Manual requirements (quality, safety, and environment). Attend internal/external audits and conduct internal audits (internal auditor). Review and approve documents. Comply with environmental legislation regarding water. Participate in and promote plant safety system meetings. Follow operational discipline. Encourage continuous operational cost improvement Conduct operational and process cost analyses. Review and monitor the production schedule Participate in production schedule reviews. Prepare production and material forecasts. Ensure availability of human and material resources for production. Participate in Kaizen projects, improvements, and PDCA (plan, do, check, act), as well as operationalize related routines and procedures.
