Map, analyze, and propose improvements to internal processes using agile and quality management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, among others). Monitor budgets, control operational expenses, and propose strategies to increase profitability. Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing periodic managerial reports. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards applied to products and services. Plan and optimize the use of material, technological, and human resources. Act as an operational support arm to leadership, proposing practical and strategic solutions.
