Propose process improvements to reduce recurrence Main Responsibilities: Respond immediately to merchandise incidents by identifying root causes, communicating with customers, completing required documents with necessary data and information, and forwarding cases to responsible departments to ensure timely resolution in accordance with established procedures and deadlines. Analyze information and identify the nature of the problem. Track case handling until resolution. Ensure clear and continuous communication with requesters regarding case progress. Prepare incident reports and performance indicators. Propose process improvements to reduce recurrence. Maintain a detailed incident history for future reference.
