Assist in controlling and monitoring area-related demands **Job Description:** Cassol Centerlar is looking for a **Procurement Assistant** to join our team and support the company's procurement and product distribution processes! We seek organized, agile professionals with a strong sense of urgency who enjoy tracking orders, managing procurement control, and supporting store operations. **Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** * Procure products for stores; * Manage delivery and order portfolios with suppliers; * Execute product transfers between units; * Monitor and assist in resolving customer order-related issues; * Generate procurement lists, ensuring accurate material dispatch to stores; * Assist in controlling and monitoring area-related demands; * Support administrative processes related to procurement and internal logistics. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Organized profile with strong prioritization skills; * Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Agility and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency; * Experience in administrative routines, procurement, or logistics; * Ability to solve problems and monitor processes effectively; * Collaborative and proactive attitude.
