Assist the internal sales team in completing and returning product quotations requested by customers to capture sales opportunities while developing skills and competencies for a future role as an internal sales representative. Serve the customer portfolio of internal sales representatives on vacation via telephone, e\-mail, Skype, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maintain relationships and sustain active sales. Assist branch management in serving, advising, and entering customer orders—either manually or via KDaPeça system—for managerial customers. Assist branch management in completing real-time management dashboards for performance indicators and sales campaigns, entering orders, identifying factories, and entering customer bonuses, thereby supporting information management.
