Work environment featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area. **BILLING ASSISTANT** Mister Poteitos has 34 years of history—join our team! **Main Responsibilities** \- Register new customers; \- Enter sales orders and verify negotiations; \- Issue and verify invoices, bank slips (boletos), and financial entries; \- Schedule merchandise deliveries; \- Attend to customers, representatives, and distributors; \- Assist drivers; \- Generate daily delivery manifests (romaneios). **Required Skills:** \- Strong communication skills \- Teamwork orientation \- Organizational skills; \- Proactivity; \- Proficiency in using computer systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the field; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Required Education:** Completed high school **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 10-minute coffee breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). ⁣ **Compensation** Base salary: R$2.356,38 + R$350.00 Food/Voucher Meal Allowance + up to R$300.00 variable productivity bonus. **Additional Benefits** * Potato Voucher (Vale Batata) up to R$60.00 — deducted from payroll; * SESC membership agreement; * Company-provided coffee and one bread roll per person for snacks; * Fully equipped kitchen, including a barbecue grill; * Relaxation area; * Celebrations for achieved targets and monthly birthday celebrations!
