Job Summary: Bio Meds Brasil is seeking a Product Processing Assistant to perform visual inspection, verify container integrity, operate equipment, complete inspection reports, and oversee labeling of sterile medications. Involvement in inspection and labeling of sterile medications Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing rapid expansion and is looking for a Product Processing Assistant to join this growth! In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in teamwork, cooperation, agility, and organization. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform manual or automated visual inspection of ampoules, vials, syringes, and other containers for sterile medications to identify visible particles, contaminants, packaging defects, or other anomalies. Verify container integrity, including presence of cracks, scratches, or flaws in caps and seals. Operate visual inspection equipment, such as white-light and black-light systems, optical magnification devices, and automatic inspection machines. Adjust and calibrate inspection equipment as needed to ensure correct and accurate visualization. Complete inspection reports, recording the number of units inspected, defects identified, and corrective actions taken. Verify that correct labels are available and ready for use according to the product and batch to be labeled. Monitor the labeling process to identify potential failures, such as misapplied labels, label detachment, or damage to vials/ampoules. Complete quality control reports and document any deviations or failures in the process. Perform regular cleaning of labeling machines, especially at the end of each batch, to prevent cross-contamination.
