Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in indoor and outdoor areas of a condominium, working as part of a team and following schedules and instructions. Proactivity and waste organization Must reside in Palhoça and have access to bus lines reaching Passeio da Pedra Branca; preferably living near the Pedra Branca neighborhood. Main responsibilities: Adhering to condominium cleaning schedules, performing professional cleaning in indoor/outdoor condominium areas, knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, cleaning barbecues, organizing waste in garbage containers, cleaning garbage dock areas, washing and scrubbing common areas, teamwork, and following instructions established by the condominium administration. Work location: Reserva da Pedra Condominium. Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 12x36 shift, with a 1-hour break. Remuneration: R$1.653,63. Meal allowance (R$ 27.29/day) + 20% hazard pay + 7% attendance bonus. Additional attitudes: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, attention to cleaning details, and proactivity.
