




Job Summary: This position involves administrative support, customer service via chat and phone, debt renegotiation, and user guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Priority phone support 2. User guidance on internal system RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with administrative tasks; Support chat-based customer service as needed; Provide exclusive telephone support (priority activity); Conduct debt renegotiations; Issue annual fee invoices; Guide users on using the internal system; Process certificate requests. REQUIREMENTS Completed high school education EMPLOYMENT TYPE AND BENEFITS CLT employment; Meal or food allowance (BRL 35.00/day); Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; Unimed health insurance (after probation period); SESI pharmacy discount program; Free parking; Birthday day-off.
