* Provide in-person, telephone, and digital service to customers, visitors, students, patients, or suppliers.
* Receive, identify, and direct visitors according to internal guidelines.
* Provide basic information regarding services, operating hours, and procedures.
* Monitor entry and exit of individuals, where applicable.
* Organize the reception area, keeping it clean and orderly.
* Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, or services.
* Record messages, requests, and incidents.
* Assist with simple administrative tasks, such as document and file organization.
* Receive and route correspondence and packages.
* Facilitate internal communication among departments.
* Uphold professional conduct and institutional image during service.
