**Job Description:**

Main responsibilities: \- Analyze garment manufacturing production processes; \- Evaluate the feasibility of new products together with relevant departments; \- Define and review the operational sequence of garment components; \- Study and propose improvements to sewing and production methods; \- Monitor process stages: cutting, preparation, sewing, and finishing; \- Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity and quality; \- Support production departments in process standardization.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Completed high school education;
* Knowledge of garment manufacturing production processes;
* Understanding of cutting, preparation, sewing, and finishing stages;
* Knowledge of product feasibility;
* Knowledge of operational sequencing and sewing methods;
* Analytical, organized, and proactive profile;
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
**Desirable Requirements:**

* Experience in product or process engineering within the garment manufacturing industry;
* Knowledge of time and motion studies.
