Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous Node.js Backend Developer with architectural vision to build scalable solutions at a technology-startup company, contributing to architectural decisions and code quality. Active participation in architectural decisions and best practices **Position Context** A company in the technology structuring phase, seeking a candidate with autonomy, architectural vision, and the ability to build scalable solutions from the ground up. **Main Responsibilities** * Backend application development using **Node.js** * Building and maintaining APIs (REST) * Working with **microservices architecture** * Integrating with external systems and services * Participating in architectural decisions and best practices * Supporting frontend evolution (primarily React, when needed) * Ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with **Node.js** (mandatory) * Experience building APIs and integrations * Knowledge of system architecture (microservices is a strong plus) * Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Familiarity with version control (Git) * Frontend experience (React or similar) is a plus **Nice-to-Haves** * Knowledge of **Golang** * Experience with scalable systems or SaaS products * Experience in less-structured environments (more “builder”-oriented profile) **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Autonomy and ownership mindset * Ability to structure, not just execute * Strong communication skills; capable of clearly explaining technical decisions * Hands-on profile with long-term strategic vision * Comfort working in an evolving environment where not everything is predefined Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Possibility of relocation/moving to the location: * Maringá, PR: Relocate or move to the job location before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Node.js (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
