Availability for travel **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Supervise and guide the Loss Prevention team. \- Monitor loss, damage, and breakage indicators. \- Develop and implement action plans to reduce losses and mitigate risks. \- Conduct internal audits, inventories, and operational follow-ups. \- Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures. \- Review and analyze CCTV footage and incident reports. \- Conduct internal investigations, prepare reports, and propose corrective measures. \- Collaborate with store managers, logistics, and other departments. \- Support management in data-driven decision-making using metrics and KPIs **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Prior experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or related fields * Retail experience * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel) * Team leadership experience * Flexibility in working hours and availability for travel * Familiarity with Flex System (preferred) **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- Toledo **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Shift-based schedule
