Today, we have over 2,300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá-PR, and we operate over 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** If you have questions about applying to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **Operational Support Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Execute operational support processes, including freight rate table configuration, route creation, checkpoints, and geofences (polygons), according to predefined configurations. * Issue, cancel, and replace fiscal documents (CT-e, MDF-e, freight bills, and supplementary documents), ensuring compliance with fiscal and operational rules. * Process payment linkages via OST, as per established guidelines. * Maintain and update system records (vehicles, drivers, customers, owners, and negotiation groups), ensuring data integrity. * Support internal audits by organizing and verifying information upon request. * Identify operational inconsistencies and report them to the responsible analyst or immediate supervisor. * Comply with internal procedures and current regulations (ANTT and fiscal legislation). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Experience in logistics or commercial areas; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate Excel skills. * Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Logistics. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
