**Job Mission:** -------------------- Lead and manage the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) technical team at the construction site, ensuring strict implementation and compliance with safety standards and requirements during the implementation phase of a new wind and solar park (a construction project with an estimated duration of 2 years). **Work Location:** --------------------- * Tianguá – CE * Oversight of two construction sites in the region. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- The OSH Supervisor will be fully responsible for team management and technical support to coordination: **Team Leadership and Management:** * **Direct Coordination:** Lead, supervise, and manage a team of **6–8 Occupational Safety Technicians**. * **Alignment:** Conduct periodic alignment meetings with technicians to communicate guidelines, KPIs, and lessons learned. * **Technical Support:** Provide technical support to the team in risk identification, definition of preventive measures, and execution of safety routines. * **Logistics:** Support logistics for travel and relocation of the technical team to serve both construction sites. **Operations, Compliance, and Documentation:** * **Inspection:** Ensure active presence at critical work fronts, conducting regular site visits to supervise safety practices. * **Inspections and Audits:** Monitor and validate inspections and audits conducted by technicians across projects. * **Safety Plans:** Support implementation and updating of safety plans, emergency response plans, and incident response protocols. * **Incident Investigation:** Assist the Coordinator in incident investigations, contributing technical analysis, root cause validation, and action plan follow-up. * **Documentation Management:** Strong involvement in managing technical documentation and reports. **Communication and Strategy:** * **Management Reporting:** **Present OSH results** and performance indicators in **management meetings** (Presentation Skills Proficiency). * **Integration:** Collaborate closely with Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure integration of safety requirements across all project phases. * **Champion:** Act as a champion for safety best practices and operational procedures. * **Contractor Management:** Conduct meetings with contracted companies, reinforcing Casa dos Ventos’ safety requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** **Bachelor’s Degree (any field) – Mandatory.** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * **Minimum Experience:** At least **3–5 years** of experience in OSH team supervision/coordination roles. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in **wind/solar construction** or heavy construction projects. * Experience with hybrid wind-solar energy systems is a plus; * **Technical Knowledge:** Thorough knowledge of OSH legislation, with emphasis on Regulatory Standards (NR): * **Advanced proficiency**, focusing on **NR 10, NR 18**, and other applicable construction standards. * Proficiency in **Incident Investigation Tools** (Cause Tree, 5 Whys). * License: Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B). * Experience with OSH management systems (e.g., Greenlages) or similar platforms. * Familiarity and proficiency with Google Workspace suite. **Additional Information** 100% on-site work format in Tianguá – CE.
