Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational safety, managing accident statistics and EHS indicators, and maintaining and improving the IMS. Key Highlights: 1. Fundamental role in operational safety and EHS management 2. Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) 3. Interaction with government agencies and employee integration **We count on you to** * Comply with Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Manage accident statistics and EHS indicators * Validate data reported in the EHS Management System * Maintain and improve the IMS * Support the preparation of Environmental Reports * Conduct onboarding and integration for employees and third parties * Interact with government agencies * Accompany the team on the factory floor to ensure operational safety **Is this job right for you?** * Minimum education: Occupational Safety Technician **or** Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday) * **Specific knowledge:** * Power BI * Intermediate PowerPoint (presentations with hyperlinks, charts linked to tables) * Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts with automatic updates, inter-sheet links) * **Analytical tools:** * 5 Whys * Ishikawa Diagram * Cause Tree Job Reference: BRA01446
