Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and update production performance indicators, supporting result analysis; * Support the tracking of efficiency and productivity improvement projects in partnership with operational teams; * Contribute to the development, standardization, and improvement of production processes; * Monitor production tests, collecting data and generating performance indicators related to products and production methods; * Assist in preparing reports and controlling information to support decision-making. Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward, in Logistics, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Automation), or related fields; * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week. Desirable Requirements (a plus): * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Interest in learning about production processes, performance indicators, and continuous improvement; * Academic experience with projects, case studies, or practical activities in the field. Desired Competencies: * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organizational and problem-solving skills; * Good communication, organizational ability, and interest in continuous learning.
