Job Summary: The Senior Administrative Analyst (Controller) will perform result analysis, budget monitoring, execution of complex accounting, tax, and asset-related routines, and inventory control. We have an Internal Opportunity for a Senior Administrative Analyst (Controller) at our Industrial Complex in Horizonte\-CE. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate studies in Controllership. * Technical Knowledge and Skills: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of financial mathematics. * Experience in Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Experience in tax, fiscal, accounting, cost, and asset-related routines. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct result analysis and generate management reports to support the Unit's decision-making process, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. * Perform cost and margin analysis, validating and monitoring significant variances to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. * Monitor and review the Unit's budget, ensuring proper expense classification, alignment with planning, and identification of variances. * Execute high-complexity accounting, tax, and asset-related routines, while ensuring compliance with current internal policies and controls. * Conduct inventories, damage assessments, and inventory control.
