Job Summary: This position supports the development and monitoring of the production plan, tracks schedules, collaborates with various departments, and assists in indicator analysis and process improvement. Assists in indicator analysis and implementation of improvements **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Attend daily and weekly alignment meetings with PCP, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams. \- Support the development and monitoring of the production plan by analyzing sales, orders, inventory, packaging, and production capacity. \- Monitor schedule adherence, identify deviations, and assist in decision-making. \- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Quality to ensure material availability and product compliance. \- Record and maintain up-to-date production data in internal systems. \- Assist in indicator analysis and implementation of process improvements. \- Contribute to report preparation and sector activity planning. \- Support raw material and finished goods inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy. \- Assist in material requisitions, internal controls, and correct batch and packaging write-offs. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Technical course in PCP, Administration, or related fields is desirable; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Chartered transportation; * Meals provided at the company; * Meal allowance (VA); * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Wellhub; **Work Location:** ---------------------- WANA CEARA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Administrative
