Analyzing incidents with the highest impacts on CHI and TMA. Monitoring recurring customers and equipment. Creating service tickets for corrections related to discrepancies identified during incident closure processes. Managing unproductive incidents. Ensuring the proper operation and effectiveness of Automatic Dispatch. Identifying potential widespread outages in real time and notifying the LV control room. Analyzing recorded LV incidents and ensuring accurate and necessary information for supply quality management. Analyzing events in the electrical grid, long-duration incidents, and participating in meetings reviewing relevant events occurring in the LV grid. **What we expect from you:** **Required Academic Qualification** 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or Engineering. Preferred Qualification: 2\.
