**Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:**
Plan and control all activities comprising the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to defined milestones and the FEL methodology phases, thereby contributing to fulfilling contractual requirements and approval gates.
**Detailed Description:**
* Support project leaders in developing, validating, and monitoring projects from the conceptual phase through to close-out;
* Structure, update, and review schedule baselines at each approval gate (FEL gates), ensuring traceability and integration with cost and scope;
* Review and monitor processes, performance indicators, and reports;
* Monitor schedule execution and cash flow trends, preparing deviation analyses and action plans, ensuring data consistency;
* Issue weekly schedules;
* Conduct critical analysis of strategies and schedules, creating scenarios and mitigating solutions for time and risk;
* Support definition and monitoring of Planning Department KPIs;
* Prepare periodic management reports for the Portfolio Manager and Governance (daily, weekly, or monthly, as required);
* Conduct data, time constraint, and risk analyses, proposing mitigation measures;
* Support other duties inherent to the role.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
* Advanced Office Suite proficiency;
* Experience in project implementation;
* Experience with Primavera P6\.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Experience with MS Project;
* Knowledge of FEL – Front End Loading;
* Familiarity with project management tools and other methodologies (PMBoK, AWP, Lean Construction, PRINCE2, Scrum, among others).
