Organization and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness ### **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** ### **5x2 \- Vida Saudável Restaurant \- Campinas/SP** ### ***Relocation required*** **Schedule:** 5x2 – 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM, or 11:00 AM to 8:48 PM, or 9:00 PM to 6:48 AM Assist with proper hygiene procedures, up to supporting food and meal preparation under the chef's guidance. Responsible for ensuring food safety, prioritizing customer health and well-being. * Perform pre-preparation of vegetables and produce, reviewing daily menu preparations under the chef's supervision. * Carry out pre-preparation and assembly of salads—both raw and cooked—according to the day’s menu. * Ensure thorough cleaning of all utensils used in meal preparation, organizing them properly in their designated locations. * Perform daily cleaning of machines and equipment, such as juicers and bottles. * Follow the scheduled cleaning and sanitization plan for equipment—including electric ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and thermal counters—as well as internal and external kitchen and restaurant cleaning. * Maintain restaurant organization by appropriately stocking tables. * Restock food items, salads, and desserts during meal service hours. * Assist in tray, plate, and cutlery return, ensuring correct disposal of both food and non-food waste when necessary. * Support preparation of snacks and customized dishes. * Collect food samples as required. * Strictly adhere to company procedures per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual. **Requirements:** \[*Willingness to travel / Willingness to relocate*] **WE OFFER:** * On-site meals * Male and female dormitory accommodation * Meal allowance * Attendance bonus (provided no unjustified absences) * Life insurance * Health plan after 6 months of employment * SESC benefits * Wellhub (formerly GYMPASS) **We value diversity:** Persons with Disabilities (PCDs) are welcome.
