





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide in-person customer service (at the Head Office, via videoconference, or via delivery) for digital certificate issuance. Collect payment from the customer for the digital certificate purchase. Carry out the entire digital certificate issuance process: Register customer data and information in GFSIS, performing necessary checks such as CNPJ and CPF; Upon approval of the certificate, deliver it exclusively to the certificate holder; Provide initial technical support to customers when requested, or direct them to the Support Department. Monitor and manage the expiration dates of customers’ digital certificates via GFSIS and contact customers to schedule renewals. Maintain regular communication with referral partners via phone and periodic visits, as needed, to strengthen partnerships. Contact referral partners to inform them of their current point balance and whether they wish to receive credit. Immediately report any process-related irregularities to the immediate supervisor. Maintain clear and frequent communication among all staff involved in end-customer service. Conduct in-person service, videoconferences, or online issuance, as required. Perform other relevant tasks within the Customer Service Department, as required. Carry out general reception duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Education. Strong communication skills. Proactivity. Computer literacy.
