If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and duties** **Summary description:** Coordinate and manage the CapEx project portfolio, ensuring execution of all stages of the FEL (Front-End Loading) process through capitalization, guaranteeing strategic alignment, technical, financial, and corporate governance compliance. **Detailed description:** * Lead and monitor all phases of the FEL process (FEL 1, FEL 2, and FEL 3), ensuring technical quality, deadlines, and costs. * Prepare, review, and consolidate documentation required for FEL gate approvals, ensuring adherence to internal standards and governance requirements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, promoting integration among engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other involved areas. * Monitor project performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in capital project (CapEx) management in an industrial environment. * Advanced knowledge of FEL methodologies and project portfolio management. * Skills in developing business cases, executive reports, and technical documentation for investment approval. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). **You stand out if you have:** * Intermediate/advanced English. **Additional information** **Job characteristics:** * Employment type: Regular Office (On-site). * Work location: São Luís/MA * Working hours: 7:10 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits included in the position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas – and even more, in the ability to turn them into reality.
