It was through this investment that we achieved the PALC Quality Seal in 2023, strategically distinguishing ourselves in the market. **Prerequisites:** * Technical qualification in Clinical Analysis or Clinical Pathology; * Minimum of 6 months of bench experience; * Experience with Automation and Manual Analyses; **Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect samples according to relevant work instructions (Screening); * Register samples into the system for analysis, distributing them according to test requirements across departments; * Assist in performing tests by preparing samples, slides, culture media, solutions, tests, and reactions according to standard operating procedures and work instructions; * Prepare department equipment and instruments for use; * Perform operational maintenance of equipment and measuring devices according to work instructions; * Conduct necessary calibrations and controls for equipment release into routine operations, following guidance and management from immediate supervisor; * Process samples on equipment according to work instructions; * Perform manual tests according to standard operating procedures; * Assist in monitoring urgent tests and ongoing analyses to ensure complete processing of registered tests, under the supervision of the immediate superior; * Store and identify samples and reagents; * Record temperatures and equipment maintenance as required by work instructions; * Receive, inspect, and store materials delivered by the warehouse; * Archive records related to the department according to the Records Table; * Dispose of analyzed samples as specified in work instructions; * Dispose of sharps, infectious, chemical, and common waste according to PGRRS guidelines; * Ensure communication with responsible areas in cases of risks or unexpected events affecting workflow; * Maintain organization and external cleanliness of equipment, monitors, benches, and work environment; * Stay up to date with reading and following established workflows documented in system-available documents; * Perform biological sample collection from patients when necessary.
