If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and duties** **Summary description:** Monitor the development of projects requested by clients, ensuring compliance with established requirements regarding internal procedures, technical specifications, legal aspects, and quality regulations, aiming to verify project alignment with expectations of both the company and the client. **Detailed description:** * Implement and apply approved tools related to analysis, management, execution, and improvement of the quality of projects under responsibility, according to internal procedures, safety standards, and current legislation, aiming to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Monitor indicators and historical data related to the quality of completed projects, conducting critical analyses of results, identifying deviations, and suggesting mitigation actions to leadership. * Execute actions established for addressing non-conformities identified during internal and external audits, ensuring project alignment with quality requirements defined by leadership. * Apply operational procedures of the area in a way that contributes to expected organizational outcomes and systemic governance of projects under responsibility. * Identify potential risks to project quality, conduct studies and analyses, and propose mitigation solutions, aiming to guarantee projected results. * Control the accuracy and updating of all documents used in projects under responsibility, such as manuals, procedures, standards, among others, as well as control project-generated documents, such as various certificates of warranty, acceptance, testing, materials, among others, to verify that all used documents are validated and in their most recent version, and that resources (materials, equipment, and personnel) meet project requirements. * Perform planned activities according to received planning, with monitoring and/or support from professionals with greater technical expertise or immediate manager, even if only for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
