About the Role Alcoa is seeking a Mechanic Level C to work at the Porto da Alumar unit in São Luís \- MA, who will be responsible for providing technical support for preventive maintenance, aiming to improve the effectiveness of plans and ensure equipment availability targets, meeting Safety, Environment, Quality and Production requirements. The main responsibilities of the role include:* Provide support and training in laser alignment, lubrication, mechanical adjustments and subassembly replacements; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance in screens, crushers, dust collection systems, coal handling and boilers; * Support the supervisor in leading the mechanical maintenance team; * Assist in planning maintenance activities. What you can offer for the role* Education: Technical degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (CFT – Federal Council of Industrial Technicians active); * Desired: Experience in maintenance within an industrial setting; * Desired: Ability to handle high maintenance demands and analytical reasoning to identify failures in schedules and KPIs; * Desired: Basic knowledge of Office Suite; * Desired: Driver's license category B; * Requirement: Availability to work in shift regime and/or administrative hours.
