We are looking for an Accountant with solid experience in accounting, tax, and human resources areas to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting and tax obligations, as well as managing personnel department routines. **Responsibilities:** * Accounting classification and reconciliation; * Preparation of financial statements and accounting reports; * Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, among others); * Preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, DCTF, DIRF, ECD, ECF); * Management of payroll, benefits, admissions, terminations, and vacations; * Compliance with current tax and labor regulations; * Consulting and support to other company departments on tax and accounting matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CRC; * Experience in accounting, tax, and human resources areas; * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor legislation; * Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP; * Advanced Excel skills. **Advantageous qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Experience with companies of different sizes and sectors; * Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
