About the Role: Alcoa is seeking an Industrial Mechanic professional to join the São Luis/MA unit. As a Senior Mechanical Technician A, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on components, equipment, and industrial machines. In addition, you will plan maintenance activities, assess operating conditions and performance of machine and equipment components, lubricate machines, components, and tools. You will also document technical information, carry out quality and environmental preservation actions, and work according to safety standards. Key responsibilities of the role include:* Strong knowledge of machine elements; * Handle, read, and convert measurements using measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, dial indicator, laser alignment tool, micrometer); * Intermediate knowledge of lubricants and lubrication systems; * Correctly follow Alumar's approved safety policies, standards, and procedures, and actively participate in the safety program, such as audits, inspections, meetings, etc.; * Perform mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, installations, hydraulic and pneumatic components, repairing or replacing parts, making adjustments, alignments, and lubrication; * Assist in preparing monitoring and control reports. What you can offer for the role:* Education: High School \+ SENAI or Technical Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering – Active CFT; * Knowledge and experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment; * Ability to prepare equipment reports and historical records; * Experience using maintenance management systems (eAM); * Experience with rotating equipment; * Must reside in São Luis/MA.
