Main responsibilities: * **Technical support:** Provides guidance and support to users on telecommunications systems. * **Monitoring:** Monitors alarms and performance of telecommunications and telephony systems. * **Maintenance and installation:** Assists in the installation and maintenance of networks (fiber optics, structured cabling), PABX, CCTV, alarms, and electric fences. * **Programming:** Participates in the programming of structured networks and network infrastructure. * **Support to analysts:** Assists analysts in tasks such as testing, report generation, and other technical activities. * **IT systems support:** Provides support for IT infrastructure and corporate telecommunications resources. Required knowledge: * Installation of telephone and structured cabling. * Telephony structures (analog, digital, and IP). * Connectivity with external networks. * Knowledge of monitoring and security systems (CCTV, alarms). * Basic knowledge of Windows software suite.
