




Description: * Bachelor's degree or technologist in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related fields (preferably Accounting); * Intermediate to advanced level of computer proficiency; * Experience maintaining technological infrastructure, providing user support, administering Windows and Linux servers, networks, and virtualization environments; * Experience analyzing and resolving system failures, performing hardware repairs in the office, and providing support for requests involving software and/or server maintenance; * Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA certifications will be considered a differentiator; * Experience in infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana); * Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP); * Previous experience in similar roles, especially in support, systems administration, and/or networking. * Be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of systems, identifying and resolving potential failures; * Perform maintenance on the building's network cabling to preventively avoid possible operational failures; * Provide user support (on-site and remote); * Support departments by guiding and clarifying questions; * Maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; * Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and Linux (servers and services); * Configure and provide support for TCP/IP networks, VPN, Firewall, and Wi-Fi; * Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V); * Install/uninstall systems, power machines on and off, verifying software and hardware compatibility; * Control incoming and outgoing IT materials, evaluating their quality and required quantities, paying attention to replenishment needs. 2510170202241814300
