Senior professional responsible for critical incidents, network infrastructure projects, and advanced support. Serves as the technical reference within the NOC, ensuring high network availability and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Resolve critical and tier-three incidents. * Design, implement, and optimize network topologies (LAN, WAN, MAN, Data Center). * Configure and manage advanced protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, VRRP, HSRP). * Manage security policies on firewalls, IDS/IPS, and corporate VPNs. * Conduct network audits and propose performance and resilience improvements. * Support backbone expansion projects and integration of new Points of Presence (POPs). * Train and guide Level 1 and Level 2 teams. * Develop detailed technical documentation and executive reports for management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Desired certifications: CCNP, JNCIP, MTCINE, or equivalent. * Solid experience in large-scale networks and mission-critical environments. * Advanced knowledge of routing protocols, security, and high availability. * Technical leadership capability and strategic infrastructure vision. * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance Health and Leisure Program Free Internet (Within Coverage Area) Estrelas University ***For 14 years, we’ve connected people to what truly matters!*** *Since 2010, our Team has advanced with the* ***mission*** *of transforming internet access experiences into excellence.
