




* Position intended for professionals with generalist experience in Human Resources, focusing on the subsystems of Recruitment and Selection, Training, and Organizational Climate. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external Training and Development programs. * Develop and implement Endomarketing initiatives and internal communication campaigns. * Support Recruitment and Selection processes as needed. * Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions. * Monitor and report HR indicators related to T&D, organizational climate, and communication. * Support onboarding of new employees and initiatives focused on organizational culture. * Prepare and disseminate announcements, newsletters, and materials for internal communication. * Send vacation notices and receipts. * Assist external employees (termination notices, exit interviews, etc.). **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in Human Resources activities at mid-level (T&D, R&S, etc). * Intermediate level in Excel. * Class B driver's license will be considered a differentiator. **Additional information** * Competitive market salary. * Transportation allowance (optional). * Full health insurance – Hapvida. * Meal allowance: R$ 23.55 per working day. * Attendance bonus: R$ 130.00. * Life insurance. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM / Friday: until 5 PM (1-hour lunch break).
