The ideal candidate must be a natural motivator, with strong people management skills and a results-driven focus. Responsibilities: * Leadership and Motivation: Continuously motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, maintaining a positive and high-performance work environment; * Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5 employees, including scheduling, task assignment, and individual follow-up; * Training and Development: Develop and conduct training sessions for the team, ensuring all members have in-depth knowledge of products, sales techniques, and service standards; * Sales and Customer Service: Actively participate in the sales and customer service process through direct customer engagement, serving as a role model for the team and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily and weekly team performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and action plans for course correction; * Strategic Meetings: Lead monthly team meetings to analyze results, plan future actions, and communicate company guidelines; * Management Reports: Produce periodic reports on sales, team performance, and key metrics for management, analyzing data and proposing solutions; * Inventory Management: Supervise and manage store inventory, ensuring accuracy, organization, and product availability for sale. Requirements * High school diploma (completed); * Experience as a manager; * Experience as a sales manager will be considered a differentiator.
