It was through this investment that we earned the PALC Quality Seal in 2023, strategically distinguishing ourselves in the market. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the role; * Experience in healthcare facilities is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Daily cleaning of equipment and facilities, including sinks, chairs, workbenches, floors, door handles, doors, restrooms, and other areas; * Adherence to the scheduled washing routine for biological sample transport cases; * Daily collection and proper segregation of general, infectious, and chemical waste from all departments; * Supervision, three times per week, of infectious and chemical waste collection conducted by third-party service providers; * Cleaning and maintenance of kitchenware and utensils in the staff kitchen; * Washing and sterilizing materials used in laboratory procedures, ensuring their availability for reuse by respective operational departments; * Performing autoclaving of infectious waste from the microbiology department and subsequent collection; * Preparing coffee, biscuits, etc., twice daily for all company employees; * Restocking restrooms, the staff kitchen, sinks, and drinking fountains with required supplies; * Issuing Waste Transport Manifests via the SINIR system; * Issuing the Monthly Final Disposal Certificate via the SINIR system; * Managing and requesting kitchen and cleaning supplies through internal requisitions in the SHIFT system, as directed by immediate management.
