Preferred Qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embody the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use personal and collective protective equipment when required; * Drive the company vehicle when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction; * Maintain the vehicle in compliance with Fleet Department procedures, ensuring its proper operation; * Implement workplace safety processes, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPE, in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, following the company's defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard and be accountable for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of resources provided by the company, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924688
