Job Summary: This professional will perform field services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of computers and networks, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Requires CNH B and Defensive Driving certification for operating company vehicles. 2. Preferred: experience in telecommunications and knowledge of optical fiber. 3. Focuses on maintenance and efficient use of company resources. Description: * Completed high school; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance; * Familiarity with the city's geography; * CNH B and Defensive Driving certification. Preferred qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embody the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Operate company vehicles when necessary; * Perform other duties related to this position, as needed by the department and as directed by leadership; * Maintain company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Department procedures, ensuring proper functionality; * Conduct workplace safety processes, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, following the company's defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard and be responsible for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924684
