




Job Summary: This professional will supervise industrial maintenance activities across multiple production lines, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with established procedures. Conducts critical analysis to optimize operations and reduce equipment downtime Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; * Experience in industrial maintenance within large enterprises, preferably in basic industry; * People management experience. Supervise maintenance activities across production lines including flour mills, cement plants, clinker kilns, crushing units, bagging machines, palletizers, and other equipment comprising the industrial facility, ensuring work is performed to required quality standards and overseeing work schedules, conducting technical surveys and studies, and guaranteeing implementation and maintenance of operational procedures within the supervisor's area of responsibility. * Supervise mechanical and/or electrical maintenance activities across production lines including flour mills, cement plants, clinker kilns, crushing units, bagging machines, palletizers, and other equipment comprising the industrial facility, identifying safety requirements related to self, third parties, and equipment; control material usage, tool and equipment utilization (e.g., cranes, vehicles, forklifts, etc.) to ensure interventions are executed with quality, safety, and timeliness. * Enforce established standards and procedures applicable to the supervisor's area of responsibility. * Execute and monitor maintenance activities through service orders (SO) and schedules, identifying requirements related to safety (hazards, precautions, lockouts), activity descriptions, materials, tools, labor, and supporting materials (e.g., cranes, vehicles, forklifts, etc.), aiming for interventions conducted with quality, appropriate cost control, safety, and adherence to scheduled timelines. * Perform Critical Maintenance Analysis at pre\-established intervals to identify root causes of equipment stoppages or defects within the production area, evaluating historical equipment performance, reviewing the content of the Preventive Maintenance Plan for updates, proposing solutions, and striving toward zero stoppages and zero defects. 251113020246328090
