Opportunity to work in a team **Job Description:** Support production department activities by assisting in the execution of manufacturing processes, material organization, and production stage control, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support production process operations as directed by supervision; * Perform separation, verification, and organization of supplies, raw materials, and products; * Assist in assembly, finishing, and packaging of components; * Operate simple production equipment when required; * Maintain department organization and cleanliness according to internal standards; * Follow quality, safety, and productivity procedures; * Support material and product flow control. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of production routines; * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; * Experience in industry or garment manufacturing is a plus.
