Issue purchase orders for products/services that have a contract or have already been negotiated by the buyer in the system; Contact suppliers according to the report and confirm order receipt, possible cancellations, shortages, etc.; Monitor delivery deadlines for purchase orders together with suppliers, in order to contribute to meeting deadlines and communicating shortages; Monitor purchase order reports in hospital ERPs, analyzing goods receipt to contact suppliers regarding products not delivered on time; Assist purchasers in ensuring the procurement of medicines, materials, machines, and equipment for the operational unit.
