Table and dining area organization and cleanliness Responsible for serving hotel guests and customers at hotel point-of-sale locations, ensuring friendly, efficient, and high-quality service aligned with the company’s standards of excellence and hospitality. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests/customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Present the menu, clarify questions, and recommend dishes and beverages. * Enter orders into the system and forward them to the kitchen/bar. * Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s service standards. * Organize and clean tables and the dining area. * Prepare mise en place before the start of each shift. * Verify order tickets and assist with bill settlement. * Support event and coffee break setup and service. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
