Experience in service management and communication of ICT infrastructure Description: * EDUCATION * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE * Demonstrate, through records in the Work and Social Security Card or through a declaration issued by a public or private institution where the candidate has previously worked, solid experience in the IT Infrastructure area. * CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAININGS * Official ITIL V4 training, with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification. * Minimum 20-hour COBIT 2019 Foundation course, delivered either in-person or via e-Learning. * Minimum 30-hour Project Management course. * Support the standardization of operational procedures and improve communication among teams, promoting organization and efficiency in ICT infrastructure service management; * Provide support in evaluating and resolving administrative processes related to infrastructure incidents and service requests; * Collaborate in managing the Service Catalog, reviewing content, proposing improvements, and ensuring alignment with operational practices; * Support the preparation of reports related to services delivered by the ICT infrastructure team; * Interface with vendors, requesting and analyzing monthly technical support reports, ensuring compliance with current contracts; * Monitor incident and request management processes, assisting in request analysis, gathering information from technical teams, and maintaining contact with users to align requirements; * Act as a communication link between infrastructure managers, users, and other involved units, ensuring organization and clarity in executing projects and initiatives; * Support configuration management, maintaining coordination with departments responsible for assets and logistics to ensure control and traceability of infrastructure assets; * Contribute to knowledge base management by preparing technical documentation related to activities under the candidate's responsibility. 2512080202191732743
