Quality Manager

**Job Description:** Ensure the implementation and full operation of quality culture and the quality system within the company, guaranteeing product technical standards and specifications; Conduct supplier qualification to ensure established standards; Coordinate the product quality and metrology laboratory teams; Interface with external customers for quality level negotiations; Monitor quality indicator trends, leading root cause analysis processes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and enable continuous improvement; Develop and analyze quality reports and/or certificates (processes, products, and suppliers); Identify and implement procedures required for the quality system and control; Conduct process FMEAs and control plans; Participate in Lean program-related projects focused on waste elimination; Participate in external audits at suppliers; Monitor and develop KPIs and departmental policies; Comply with company safety and administrative regulations. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Completed postgraduate degree in the relevant area; Advanced English proficiency; Experience in quality management, with focus on large-scale industrial companies; Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen; Experience with TOTVS system is desirable.
