Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Complete, collect signatures for, verify bank forms and financing contracts; * Prepare Addenda and Renegotiation Agreements, submit for payment / track payment status; * Manage signature collection for financing contracts; * Monitor all disbursement-phase processes with banking advisory services; * Interact with partner banks, notary offices, and the State Treasury Department; * Provide in-person client service; * Responsible for managing departmental disbursement-related files; Receive, verify, and enter into the system (TOTVS) invoices relevant to the disbursement department and other related activities. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field required; experience in construction companies is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
