If you wish to contribute to tangible results and continuous improvement, we invite you to participate in the selection process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Tax Management is desirable; **Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize accounting department processes, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement; * Coordinate the accounting team, monitoring deadlines, delivery quality, and employee development; * Serve as technical support to the executive board and as liaison between accounting and tax departments; * Ensure execution of accounting routines, including reconciliations, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements; * Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations and adherence to legal regulations; * Plan and monitor department activities to promote operational efficiency; * Lead meetings, training sessions, and technical alignment sessions with the team and stakeholders; * Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and encourage continuous team development. *We offer market-aligned compensation and benefits, which will be detailed during the selection process.* *If you are seeking a new challenge in the accounting field, we would like to meet you.* Compensation: R$5\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
